Registration fees:
The conference participant registration fee is $200 and includes access to all conference events, materials and refreshments throughout each day. This fee will increase to $220 on September 2, 2024.
Early Bird Registration (May 15 - September 1, 2024) $200
Regular Registration (September 2 - October 16, 2024) $220
Registration opens May 15 and will close October 16, 2024

Refund and Cancellation Policy: Another person may be substituted at any time for this program. Please contact us at 540-231-5182 or e-mail cpeinfo@vt.edu to request a substitution. In the unlikely event that this program is canceled or postponed due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances, the university cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, including cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other organizations.
