Certificate in Leadership for Scientists and Engineers

This intensive program consists of nine days of onsite work (three days a month for three months) as well as coaching and other interim experiences. Session topics include emotional intelligence, coaching, building inclusive teams, conducting effective meetings, building presentation and presence skills, performance management, leading teams through change, and much more.
