A completed Medical and Emergency Information form and Equine, Release Waiver and Indemnification must be provided to Continuing and Professional Education before each session. A person will not be allowed to participate if these completed forms have not been returned. Or, forms will be provided once you have registered.

Refund and Cancellation Policy: Please notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend the program. If you are unable to attend, for any reason, you may notify the registrar with a substitute to take your place at any time for this program. Cancellations for refund must be received 14 days prior to the program date. No refunds will be processed after that time period. A $75 cancellation processing fee will be deducted from all refunds. In the unlikely event that this program is cancelled or postponed due to insufficient enrollments, inclement weather, or unforeseen circumstances, the university or the Virginia Department of Education Office cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, including cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other organizations.
