NOTICES:
It is our goal to make String Phenomenology 2017 representative of the diverse and vibrant international community working on this topic. We understand that some of you may have concerns about the recent US Executive Order on Travel and Immigration. If you are worried that this may affect your participation in this conference, please contact us to discuss options.

Registration Fees:

Your registration fee includes plenary sessions and coffee breaks each day.

Participant Registration: $150 ($200 after May 1, 2017)
Student Registration: $75 ($125 after May 1, 2017)

Optional Fees:
Thursday evening banquet: $38
Excursion to the Cascades: $45

Refund and Cancellation Policy: Requests for refunds will be honored when received fourteen calendar days prior to the program. However, another person may be substituted at any time for this program. A $75 administrative fee will be deducted for cancellations. In the unlikely event that this program is cancelled or postponed due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances, the university will fully refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, including cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other organizations.
