$4225 Standard Registration
$3825 for WVPEC Members
Included in the registration fee:
- Single occupancy lodging at the Hotel Roanoke (see Venue) for two nights each workshop.
- Continental breakfast and lunch each day.
- Dinner on days one and two for workshops 1-3. Dinner on day one for workshop 4.

- If you are registering on behalf of someone else you must use that person’s name and email when creating the account, do not use your own.
- If you wish to register a group online, you must enter each individual’s registration separately.

Refund and Cancellation Policy: Requests for refunds will be honored when received fourteen calendar days prior to the program. A $300 administrative fee will be deducted for cancellations. In the unlikely event that this program is cancelled or postponed due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances, the university will fully refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, including cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other organizations.
