A short course designed as a foundation for those new to a Quality Management System (QMS) or for those who wish to gain a better understanding of the 9001:2015 requirements. This course will give an overview of what a QMS is, the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, and how the standard provides a framework for creating a QMS.
