Mid-Atlantic Public Works Institute Header

The Mid-Atlantic Public Works Institute is providing sponsorship opportunities to organizations and businesses and industry partners that support the same ideals. Sponsor funds are used to support the facilitation of the MPWI sessions and for programming needs throughout the session.


The following sponsorship packages are available for each individual session.


Platinum - $3,000

  • Acknowledgement in the APWA Mid-Atlantic chapter newsletter
  • Acknowledgement at the networking reception
  • Key facilitator during one working lunch discussion session
  • Company Logo and URL listed on the MPWI website
  • Free exhibition space (2 company representatives)

Gold - $2,000

  • Key facilitator during one working lunch discussion session
  • Company Logo and URL listed on the MPWI website
  • Free exhibition space (1 company representative)

Silver - $1,000

  • Company Logo and URL listed on the MPWI website
  • Company materials placed in participant packets

Bronze - $500

  • Company name on the MPWI website

To Become a Sponsor:

The sponsor packet includes information for corporate sponsors and Agreement for Sponsorship or Exhibitor Space. - CHECK BACK FOR PACKET.

Reservations and payments for each session must be received no later than
three weeks prior to the start of the session you are sponsoring.

Sponsor Company Logos

Please provide a high resolution vector EPS or PDF file. Any colors should be converted to CMYK. Make sure all fonts have been converted to paths or outlines.

Logos must be received at least three weeks prior to the start of the session.
