- $349 Developing Country* ($449 after May 11, 2012)
- $149 Student/Post-Docs ($249 after May 11, 2012)

Individuals requiring a letter to apply for a visa to attend the conference should contact Janice Huffman at email@example.com. Invitation letters will be issued after receiving the individual’s registration.

Refund and Cancellation Policy: Please notify us by June 3, 2012 if you are unable to attend the program. If you are unable to attend, for any reason, another person may be substituted at any time for this program. A $100 cancellation fee will be deducted for cancellations. In the unlikely event that this program is cancelled or postponed due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances, the university will fully refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, including cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other organizations.
