Gulf-South Summit - March 2-4, 2011 - Hotel Roanoke and Conference Center -Roanoke, Virginia
Sponsors/Exhibitors

The valuable contributions of Gulf-South Summit sponsors and exhibitors help to make the Summit successful. Most importantly, these sponsorships keep Summit registration fees down.

Becoming a Sponsor:

The 2011 Gulf-South Summit is still looking for college, university, organizational, and corporate sponsorships. For more information on becoming a sponsor, download the Gulf-South Summit Sponsorship Packet.

Sponsorship Benefits:

Sponsoring institutions and organizations are listed in the sponsor section of the Gulf-South Summit website and mentioned on all promotional materials and in the conference program.

Faculty, staff, students, and community partners of institutional sponsors and staff of organizational sponsors receive a discount on registration fees.

Sponsoring institutions and organizations may request exhibit space to display program information.

Becoming an Exhibitor:

Not ready to be a sponsor but interested in being an exhibitor? Your exhibitor fee will include your conference registration, a 6' exhibit table, recognition in conference materials and access to a projected audience of 400. Download an Exhibitor Registration Form.

For additional questions about becoming a sponsor or exhibitor, contact Michele James-Deramo, 2011 Gulf-South Summit Conference Chair at deramo@vt.edu or 540-231-6947.
