Your registration includes dinner on Wednesday and Thursday, a light fare reception during the poster session on Thursday, and lunch on Thursday and Friday. Tickets for you and your guests may be purchased for those who wish to attend the banquet dinner on Friday night.


  • Registration: $225 ($275 after August 1)
  • Student registration: $175 ($200 after August 1)
  • Friday banquet: $55/person

Refund and Cancellation Policy: Refund requests for the conference will be honored when received seven calendar days prior to the program. No refunds will be issued for the banquet. However, another person may be substituted at any time. A $50 administrative fee will be deducted for conference cancellations. In the unlikely event that this program is cancelled or postponed due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances, the university will fully refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, including cancellation or change charges
