Prepare for long days and tired brains. This workshop is Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm, with optional after hours social or learning opportunities.
Mornings are spent in class at The Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center, and afternoons are spent touring local breweries and getting insider information from owners and brewers. Wednesday is a mini-internship with hands on work experience at a brewery. You may be creating a new beer with the head brewer, canning or bottling beer, or possibly cleaning tanks -- depending on the need at the brewery that day. Whatever it is, you can rest assured it will be a learning experience.
