To guarantee enrollment in either of the courses and a guest room at the
Inn at Virginia Tech and Skelton Conference Center, you must register by
July 3. If more operators register in the program than the Inn at
Virginia Tech and Skelton Conference Center can accommodate, alternative
arrangements may be made for operators to stay at nearby hotels.
Reservations at the host hotel will be made on a first come, first serve basis.
Fees
- $765 per person - Double occupancy (2 operators sharing a room at the IVTSCC and the Modified Meeting Package).
- $865 per person - Double occupancy IF POSTMARKED/FAXED AFTER JULY 3.
- $955 per person - Single occupancy (1 operator staying at the IVTSCC and the Modified Meeting Package).
- $1,055 per person - Single occupancy IF POSTMARKED/FAXED AFTER JULY 3.
- $520 per person - Commuter (includes Mon.-Thurs. luncheons, Wed. Pizza Party, daily refreshment breaks and instructional materials).
- $620 per commuter IF POSTMARKED/FAXED AFTER JULY 3.

Registrations faxed or postmarked after July 3 will incur an additional $100 late fee. There is no guarantee of
enrollment in the course and late registrations will be handled on an individual basis. We cannot accept telephone
reservations. You may register on-line at or by faxing or mailing the
registration form.
Participants may check into their guest rooms at The Inn at Virginia Tech and Skelton Conference
Center after 4:00pm on Sunday, August 3 for the Water Treatment Short Courses, or Sunday, August 10 for the
Wastewater Treatment Short Courses.

The only dinner included is the Wednesday evening "Pizza Party" held on
campus at the University Club. Don't miss this opportunity to meet other
operators and share your experiences. Door prizes will be awarded! We're
planning to have our 5th Annual "Jam Session" at the Pizza Party, so bring
your favorite musical instrument and join in the fun!
On-site registration will be held from 4:00-6:00pm on Sunday (August 3 and
August 10) in the Latham Foyer of The Inn at Virginia Tech and Skelton
Conference Center. At this time, you will receive your materials and
additional information. The orientation session for the Water Short Course
will begin at 8:00am on Monday August 4 and the orientation session for the
Wastewater Short Course will begin at 9:00am at The Inn at Virginia Tech
and Skelton Conference Center on Monday August 11. All courses end at noon
on Friday.
Participants should bring calculators to class.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:
Requests for refunds will be honored when received seven calendar days
prior to the program. However, another person may be substituted at any
time for this program. A $75 administrative fee will be deducted for
cancellations. In the unlikely event that this program is cancelled or
postponed due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances, the
university will fully refund registration fees but cannot be held
responsible for any other expenses, including cancellation or change
charges assessed by airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other
organizations.
