Presentation Guidelines
Oral presentation
All presentations should be in PowerPoint format for LCD projection.
Bring your presentation on a memory stick or CD disk (readable by
Windows PC). Please contact Jim Westwood (westwood@vt.edu) if you have
any special audio-visual needs for your presentation.
Poster presentation
Posters should fit within an area of 4 ft x 4 ft (1.2 m x 1.2 m) and be
capable of fastening to the board with push pins (Pins will be provided
at the conference)
