Location

The 2017 Virginia Title III Statewide Consortium Conference is being held at the Inn at Virginia Tech and Skelton Conference Center.

Lodging

Lodging will be funded on January 16, 2018, and January 17, 2018, for those participants traveling a distance of 25 miles or more one way as measured from the participant’s assigned place of work. All attendees will be asked for a credit card at the time of check in to cover the cost of incidentals. Any incidentals will be charged to the attendee.

Should lodging be required, a reservation will be made on your behalf by Virginia Tech with confirmation coming from the conference registrar, not from the hotel. When registering for the conference, indicate which night(s) you require a hotel room.

Online registration is available through January 11, 2018 The last day to register for lodging is  Monday, December 11, 2017. Registration must be completed through on-line registration with Virginia Tech. Requests for room reservations after December 11, 2017, cannot be guaranteed. No reservations should be made directly with the hotel unless the attendee is paying individually and does not wish to take advantage of lodging provided by the Department.

Breakfasts, breaks, and lunches will be provided during the conference. Mileage and meals not covered may be charged to the consortium grant, as these costs are not assumed by the Department.
