The Virginia Children's Engineering Council invites educational vendors to be a part of the 22nd Annual Children's Engineering Convention.

Exhibits will open on Thursday, February 8 at 10:00 a.m. and close at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, February 9.

Exhibitors can begin setting up on Wednesday, February 7 between 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. or Thursday, February 8 between 7:00 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. Exhibits must be completely removed by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, February 9.

The cost of the exhibit booth is $375 and includes: one table, two chairs, cloth and drape, trash can, electricity, and meals for one representative. Additional tables are $120 and each additional meal package is $100 per person.

Submit your logo as a high resolution vector EPS or PDF file. Any colors should be converted to CMYK. Make sure all fonts have been converted to paths or outlines. Email files to Briana Blanchard at bnblanch@vt.edu no later than January 12, 2018.
