The Virginia Children's Engineering Council invites educational vendors to be a part of the 21st Annual Children's Engineering Convention.

Exhibits will open on Thursday, February 9 at 10:00 a.m. and close at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, February 10.

Exhibitors can begin setting up on Wednesday, February 8 between 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. or Thursday, February 9 between 7:00 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. Exhibits must be completely removed by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, February 10.

The cost of the exhibit booth is $350 and includes: one table, two chairs, cloth and drape, trash can, electricity, and meals for one representative. Additional tables are $100 and each additional meal package is $90 per person.
