A teacher must receive training from a certified trainer to obtain and use the Teacher Cadet Curriculum. Benefits of using the Teacher Cadet Curriculum include:

  • Instructional resources and lesson plans to support the Virginia Teachers for Tomorrow course competencies (e.g. A copy of Experiencing Education, training materials and a one year subscription to Current curriculum resources through the online Teacher Cadet Hub)
  • Rigorous college level curriculum for dual enrollment
