Registration includes the following:

  1. One double-occupancy dormitory room (if requested)*.

  2. Access to all meals offered during VAILL at JMU's East Campus Dining Hall beginning with lunch, Wednesday, July 27, and ending with lunch, Friday, July 29. (For dining hall details please see Location and Lodging.)

  3. Access to all VAILL workshops, presentations, and networking sessions.

  4. Conference tote, program, and materials.

Registration fees for:

OAEL Grant Recipient - $40
Non-OAEL Grant Recipient - $200

Optional Fee:
For registrants who wish to stay in a single dorm room.
Single Dorm Room Upgrade* - $50

*NOTE: The residence hall used for VAILL lodging (double room or single room) DOES NOT have private bathrooms. Please see Location and Lodging for details regarding the dormitories plus hotel options for those who prefer to have a private bathroom.

Registration Deadline: July 8, 2016 (after this deadline we cannot guarantee you will receive a dorm room (if requested), meal card, or a conference tote and materials.)
