Ever have the sense that the press of day-to-day activities and "to do"
lists is making it harder to focus on the longer-term strategic goals of
your work unit? Does responding to demands for your time ever leaves you
feeling like your own personal priorities and values have somehow been put
on hold? In this participatory session, we'll have the opportunity to pull
back from daily demands, reflect on important goals, and engage in lively
conversations with other women about things that matter. The session will
also include practical tips for keeping priorities and long-term goals more
a part of our daily awareness and decision-making.
