On-line registration is provided for conference participants. The following registration fees include continuous break service, lunch and program materials. Registration deadline is May 19, 2008.

Check-in will take place in the Roanoke Foyer, Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center, Roanoke, Virginia.

Standard Registration Fee $125 (On-site registration fee will be $150)
Full-time Graduate Students $50 (On-site registration fee will be $75)

Senior Leadership Seminar participants should register for seminar events on Thursday, May 29 at: http://www.cpe.vt.edu/reg/va-network-ss/ and indicate whether you also plan to attend the Friday state conference. By so indicating, you will then be automatically registered for the conference and need not register on this conference website.

Ten scholarships for either professionals or graduate students are available. Please contact Ellen Plummer at Virginia Tech (see contact information below) no later than May 1.

Refund and Cancellation Policy: Requests for refunds will be honored when received seven calendar days prior to the program. However, another person may be substituted at any time for this program. A $75 administrative fee will be deducted for cancellations. In the unlikely event that this program is cancelled or postponed due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances, the university will fully refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, including cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other organizations.
