Registration Fees Cost of registration covers the following: Physics Registry Review registration covers lectures, syllabus, continental breakfast (Saturday) and refreshment breaks. Conference registration covers lectures, syllabus, continental breakfast, luncheon and am/pm breaks. Registration for both the Physics Registry Review and the Conference covers all of the above.
All registrations must be received by February 8, 2008. Extra guest meal tickets for the lunch may be purchased during the on-site registration for $25. *Must submit a letter from Director of your school on school letterhead stating you are currently enrolled in program. SWVUS Membership Form - PDF (48K) Lodging is not included in registration fee. See Location & Lodging for reservation information. Room blocks will be released January 21, 2008 so early reservations are encouraged. Refund and Cancellation Policy: Requests for refunds are honored upon written request prior to February 15, 2008. However, a $50 administrative fee will be retained. Substitutions are accepted at any time. In the unlikely event that this program is cancelled or postponed due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances, the university will fully refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, including cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other organizations.
