The conference will be held at The Inn at Virginia Tech and Skelton Conference Center, a beautiful new facility located on the Virginia Tech campus in Blacksburg, Virginia. Lodging in this complex is at a special conference rate of $111.00 per night/single occupancy, $131.00 per night/double occupancy.
For lodging reservations call toll free (877) 200-3360 or (540) 231-8000. Identify yourself as a participant in the UCEA South Regional Conference to receive the special lodging rate. Rooms will be held at the special rate until Friday, September 26, 2008.
Parking permits or tags are NOT required for daily parking at the Inn at Virginia Tech and Skelton Conference Center. For those participants staying at the Inn, an overnight parking permit will be issued at check-in and an overnight fee of $3.00 will be applied.

Shuttle Schedule:
Free shuttle service will operate between Roanoke Airport and the conference hotel on the following dates and times:
- Saturday, October 25: 12 - 6 p.m.
- Sunday, October 26: 11 a.m. - 4 p.m.
- Tuesday, October 28: 12 - 4 p.m.
In order to plan for efficient use of the airport shuttle, contact sll@vt.edu to tell the VT Logistics Team what date and time you plan to arrive in Roanoke.
