The University Continuing Education Association (UCEA ) serves as an important resource to the profession. What are the guidelines for exhibiting and corporate sponsorship?
- UCEA South will only consider for exhibitors and sponsorships those organizations that have an existing relationship with UCEA or a member institution, or are willing to submit to a process of due diligence demonstrating that their company can aid in the mission of continuing education.
- UCEA South does not provide actual or implied endorsements of any exhibitor or sponsor product or service.
- UCEA South does not enter into any exclusive relationships.

After I become a sponsor, what should I expect?
- You will receive exhibitor layout and shipping information one month prior to conference beginning date.
- You will receive a mailing list of registered attendees at least 3 weeks prior to conference beginning date
- You will receive a final mailing list of attendees within 3 days after conference ends
- You will be informed of due dates for logos and company descriptions in a separate communication from the marketing committee.
