The early registration fee of $79 includes all educational sessions, refreshment breaks, lunch on Thursday, and handouts. After the October 17 deadline, the fee is $99. An optional bus tour to Virginia's Eastern Shore (a significant tomato producing location) is available to participants on a first-come, first-served basis on Wednesday, October 24 for $30, which includes transportation and a catered lunch. To register for the bus tour on-line, choose one of the enrollment options on the registration page then select "Proceed to Registration Options." On the Breakout Sessions page, click the box and hit submit. Next choose "Confirm Registration Options" and follow the instructions. The educational sessions begin at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 25 and conclude by noon on Friday, October 26.

The registration deadline for the 22nd Annual Tomato Disease Workshop is October 22, 2007. The registration fees are as follows:

Standard Fee: $79 per person, by 10/17/07
Standard Fee: $99 per person, after 17/10/07
Student Fee: $25 per person, by 10/17/07
Student Fee: $45 per person, after 10/17/07
Virginia's Eastern Shore Tour: $30 per person, by 10/17/07
Virginia's Eastern Shore Tour: $40 per person, after 10/17/07


Refund and Cancellation Policy: Requests for refunds will be honored when received seven calendar days prior to the program. However, another person may be substituted at any time for this program. A $25 administrative fee will be deducted for cancellations. In the unlikely event that this program is cancelled or postponed due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances, the university will fully refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, including cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other organizations.
