Registration: Held from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on Wednesday, February 13.

The institute commences with lunch at 12:00 followed by an introduction and overview at 1:30 p.m. The institute ends at 12:00 noon on Friday, February 22, after a summary session.

Accommodations:
Delegates will stay nine nights, beginning Wednesday night, February 13, in single study guestrooms in the The Inn at Virginia Tech and Skelton Conference Center on the Virginia Tech campus. Meals and teaching sessions will take place in this facility. All delegates will be required to reside in the hotel for the duration. Hotel check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 13.

Refund and Cancellation Policy: Requests for refunds will be honored when received seven calendar days prior to the program. However, another person may be substituted at any time for this program. A $75 administrative fee will be deducted for cancellations. In the unlikely event that this program is cancelled or postponed due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances, the university will fully refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, including cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other organizations.
