Conference - Registration
The conference registration fee is noted below and includes continental breakfast, lunch, and morning/afternoon refreshment break on each day. A reception will also be included on December 14th. All workshop materials are also included in the fee.
Early Participant Registration Fee: $350 (until Nov 21)
Standard Participant Registration Fee: $400 (after Nov 21)
SWIM Members: $250 (until Nov 21)
Group Rate (10% discount for organizations sending 3 or more individuals): $315 (until Nov 21)

Refund and Cancellation Policy: Requests for refunds will be honored when received seven calendar days prior to the program. However, another person may be substituted at any time for this program. A $50 administrative fee will be deducted for cancellations. In the unlikely event that this program is cancelled or postponed due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances, the university will fully refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, including cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other organizations.
