The “Strong Roots for a Healthy Future” conference offers the opportunity to exhibit products and services to a targeted audience. We would like to invite you to be an annual exhibitor, starting with this year.
There is an opportunity for small business as well as non-profit organizations to exhibit at a special rate. Please contact Tina Britton (TBritton@medhomeplus.org) for additional details or with questions.
Exhibits for Strong Roots will be open on Saturday, July 11 from 8:00 am. until 5:00 pm. Conference attendees will be able to interact during breakfast, breaks, lunch and the end of the day. There will also be an opportunity to exhibit at the Friday evening reception, from 5:30pm until 7:30pm. This will be a great opportunity for networking with both health care providers and families. In addition, following the conference, your organization or product will be featured for one year on our website (www.medhomeplus.org) in the section listed as Buyer’s Guide.

Four levels of sponsorship are available:
Diamond Sponsorship: $1500
- Link to website on conference website;
- full page advertisement in conference books;
- special recognition at the event;
- premium exhibitor location;
- name prominently displayed on poster
Platinum Sponsorship: $700
- Materials placed in conference books;
- special recognition at the event;
- premier exhibitor location;
- name prominently displayed on poster
Gold Sponsorship: $500
- Reserved exhibitor space in a premier location;
- name prominently displayed on poster
Silver Sponsorship: $300
- Reserved exhibitor space
All support will be acknowledged from the podium and in the materials provided to participants of the conference. If you choose to exhibit, your representative will receive: one table top exhibit space for July 11; admission to all courses, lectures, and workshops; course syllabus, name tag, and list of registrants; and admission to breakfast and lunch.
