On-site Child Care

We are happy to announce that once again on-site childcare will be provided at the hotel by professional childcare providers from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. Advanced registration is required. Space is limited and will be provided primarily to children/youth with special health care needs. Typically developing siblings may also be accommodated, depending on available space and needs. Due to limited funding, we will also be asking families to provide all necessary food, drink and toys for their child/children. The fee for this service will be $10/child; there are a limited number of scholarships available. Register for the conference and indicate if you need child care. Each family requesting childcare will be contacted to assess needs, review provisions, and answer any questions.
