Call to Adventure: A Hero's Experience

Experiential learning is an adventure and it requires all of us to serve as heroes as we take on the task of offering the very best workplace opportunities for college students. Additionally, it requires college students to be heroic in forging through these experiences to make a difference for the organization and for themselves. Let’s come together and learn from one another about these experiences, creative approaches to these adventures, and the benefits gained by the university, the employer and the students.

The conference committee invites proposals that are highly interactive in format that address any of the following themes:

A Hero's Experience:

  • Student as hero: The student experience
  • New adventures: Innovative programs
  • The workplace: Maximizing the experience
  • Heroic recruiting strategies
  • Today’s experiential landscape

All programs will be one hour in length.

Proposal Deadline: April 1, 2016

Proposals will be reviewed as they are received and notifications will be made as they are accepted.

Submit a Proposal: We invite you to share you insights, knowledge, work, and expertise with your colleagues at the annual 2016 SERSEC conference. We will be accepting proposals until Monday, April 1, 2016.
