31st Southern Conservation Agricultural Systems Conference  - July 20-23, 2009 - Melfa, Virginia
Registration

The registration fee includes all educational sessions, certified crop advisor continuing education credits, Eastern Shore Community College continuing education credits and:

  • Tuesday, July 21: Morning break, lunch, afternoon break, Eastern Shore crab steam dinner
  • Wednesday, July 22: Bus transportation for field tour of Eastern Shore agriculture, admission on the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel, morning break, lunch, afternoon break.

Optional Activity:

  • Thursday, July 23: Refreshments during Eastern Shore AREC Field day and lunch - $10 per person

The early bird registration fee of $125 is available through July 1.
The fee for registrations after July 1 is $150.
Companion tickets for the Tuesday, July 21 crab steam dinner are $30 each.
Companion tickets for the Wednesday, July 22 tour and lunch are $25 each.

The registration deadline is July 15, 2009.

Refund and Cancellation Policy: Requests for refunds will be honored when received seven calendar days prior to the program. However, another person may be substituted at any time for this program. A $25 administrative fee will be deducted for cancellations. In the unlikely event that this program is cancelled or postponed due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances, the university will fully refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, including cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other organizations.
