Registration Information

Friday, May 16, 2008, will be the absolute final day to pre-register for the 2008 Master Gardener College. Onsite registrations will be taken at the beginning on the college.

• Land Care Steward: To receive this certification you are required to complete all courses labeled as "Land Care Steward"
• Please refer to the Master Gardener Newsletter for the full conference schedule.
• Please do not use you browsers "Back" button.
• Sessions that are full will no longer be visible on the screen.
• Eligibility will be verified.

Please note that your Master Gardener College registration payment is separate from your on-campus housing payment. For information on on-campus housing, please go to www.studentprograms.vt.edu/conferences/reserve. 

NOTE: Payment of registration fees is required prior to program attendance. Registration will be processed when payment is received.

Refund and Cancellation Policy: Requests for refunds will be honored when received seven calendar days prior to the program. However, another person may be substituted at any time for this program. An administrative fee of $50 will be deducted for cancellations of "Standard Participant" registrations and an administrative fee of $25 will be deducted for cancellations of any discounted registrations. In the unlikely event that this program is cancelled or postponed due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances, the university will fully refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, including cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other organizations.
