Intro to ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems

A short course designed as a foundation for those new to a Quality Management System (QMS) or for those who wish to review the standard. This course will give an overview of what a QMS is, the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, and how the standard provides a framework for creating a QMS.

Registration fee includes continental breakfast, lunch, course materials and a printed copy of the ISO 9001:2015 standard.

Refund and Cancellation Policy: Requests for refunds will be honored when received fourteen calendar days prior to the program. However, another person may be substituted at any time for this program. A $60 administrative fee will be deducted for cancellations. In the unlikely event that this program is cancelled or postponed due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances, the university will fully refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, including cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other organizations.
