REGISTRATION

The deadline for the early registration fee of $400 for participants and $200 for students will end on April 30, 2008. The late registration fee of $450 for participants and $250 for students will begin on May 1, 2008.

Please note that each non-VT student must be accompanied by his/her professor.

The Virginia Tech faculty registration fee to attend is $275 per person.

The Virginia Tech student registration fee is $200. VT students are not required to be accompanied by their professor.

If you are Virginia Tech faculty or student register below:

Refund and Cancellation Policy: Requests for refunds will be honored when received eight calendar days prior to the program. However, another person may be substituted at any time for this program. A $25 administrative fee will be deducted for cancellations. In the unlikely event that this program is cancelled or postponed due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances, the university will fully refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, including cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other organizations.
