Instruction for the May Form Based Codes courses will be held at the Northern Trust Bank on LaSalle Street. Lodging for the May Form Based Codes courses will be held at the Club Quarters, Chicago Central Loop on West Adams St.

Directions from the Club Quarters to the Northern Trust Bank:

The Northern Trust Bank is located at 50 South LaSalle St. The best way to reach the Northern Trust Bank is to walk left (west) out of the hotel lobby to LaSalle Street. Turn right onto LaSalle and walk one block north to Monroe. The Northern Trust is at the northwest corner of Monroe and LaSalle streets.

To reserve a room with Club Quarters in Chicago, Central Loop, please call the Club Quarters Reservations Office during business hours at 212-575-0006. ĘThe cut-off date to reserve a room at the discounted rate of $136.00 is March 17, 2006. Reservations made after March 17th will only be accepted if space is available and may demand an elevated rate. When reserving a room, students should identify themselves with Northern Bank and use group code "NBA501". ĘPlease note that there will be a $15.00 charge for each extra person in a room.
