Fee and Registration

Standard Participant - $625
Student Participant - $350
Companion Registration - $175
Post Conference Trip - $600

Standard and Student Participant registration fees include participation in the conference; all conference materials including the conference proceedings; all scheduled evening receptions; continental breakfast, lunch and refreshment breaks Monday through Thursday; and the field trip and dinner at Mountain Lake on Tuesday. The Companion Registration fee includes all scheduled evening receptions and the field trip and dinner at Mountain Lake on Tuesday. The Post Conference Trip fee includes all travel, lodging and meal expenses.

Registration deadline is June 1, 2008.




Refund and Cancellation Policy: Requests for refunds will be honored when received seven calendar days prior to the program. However, another person may be substituted at any time for this program. A $25 administrative fee will be deducted for cancellations. In the unlikely event that this program is cancelled or postponed due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances, the university will fully refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, including cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other organizations.
