The conference registration fee includes admission to all conference sessions and materials, refreshment breaks each day, opening reception on Tuesday, May 31, poster reception on Wednesday, June 1 and dinner on Thursday, June 2. Please note that lunches will be on your own.
Registration fees are as follows:
Early conference registration $390 ($450 after March 31)
Early student registration $275 ($375 after March 31)
Retiree registration $325
One day entry $100 (does not include reception or dinner)
Optional: Spouse/partner for banquet and two receptions $100
Registration deadline: Monday, May 23, 2016

Refund and Cancellation Policy: Requests for refunds will be honored when received fourteen calendar days prior to the program. However, another person may be substituted at any time for this program. A $200 administrative fee will be deducted for cancellations. In the unlikely event that this program is cancelled or postponed due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances, the university will fully refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, including cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other organizations.
