The registration fee includes conference participation and material, a reception Sunday evening, dinner Tuesday evening, continuous breaks and lunch Monday and Tuesday, and boxed lunches and field trip on Wednesday.

You may bring a guest to the field trip on Wednesday and the reception and dinner Wednesday evening for the following prices:

  • Guest Registration for Field Trip with Boxed Lunch on Wednesday: $30.00
  • Guest Registration for Reception and Dinner on Tuesday: $80.00
  • Total Guest Registration Package (includes boxed lunch and field trip and reception and dinner on Tuesday): $100.00

Refund and Cancellation Policy: Requests for refunds will be honored when received seven calendar days prior to the program. However, another person may be substituted at any time for this program. A $50 administrative fee will be deducted for cancellations. In the unlikely event that this program is cancelled or postponed due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances, the university will fully refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, including cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other organizations.
