INSTRUCTIONS FOR FINAL SUBMISSIONS

All conference participants with accepted presentation abstracts are invited to update the abstract of their presentation. This is what will appear in the conference program and it should consist of no more than 250 words.

In addition, all conference participants with accepted presentation abstracts are invited to submit full papers that will appear in the conference proceedings and will be distributed on the conference proceedings CD-ROM at the conference. Full papers should have a length of at most 12 pages, an abstract with a maximum of 250 words, and a keyword list with no more than 6 keywords. Submission of a full-paper is optional. Those presentations for which only an abstract was submitted will have that abstract appear on the conference proceedings CD-ROM in lieu of a full paper.

To ensure the uniformity in format of the papers appearing on the CD-ROM, authors are required to prepare their papers with LaTeX using the SIAM proceedings class "proceedings.cls" available at:

or directly from SIAM at:
http://www.siam.org/tex/books/proceedings.zip.
This is a "zip" file containing all the necessary macros and examples.

Authors are required to submit their papers electronically in PDF format; please do not submit the original LaTex source. Final paper submissions are due by May 15, 2008.

In order for your paper to be included in the conference proceedings, at least one of the authors of that paper must have registered for the conference.
