LEAP - Leadership, Excellence, and Academics in Pamplin - Virginia Tech - Blacksburg, Virginia
Welcome

Are you a fall 2013 in-coming freshman entering the Pamplin College of Business?

If so, imagine arriving in August for your first day of classes and already knowing where your classrooms are located! Imagine knowing where to find West End Market or Turner’s Place to meet your friends for a delicious meal! Imagine reconnecting with representatives of Pamplin’s Corporate Sponsors before the Business Horizons Career Fair! All of this is possible for students who attend LEAP, the Pamplin College of Business high school to Virginia Tech transition program.

LEAP is a five-day program held on the Blacksburg campus during New Student Orientation in July. The program introduces you to other entering freshmen, as well as professors, advisors, college alumni, business professionals, the campus, residence halls, Pamplin Hall, academic resources, fitness facilities, and places to go for fun and relaxation. Also, through LEAP you will become familiar with the bus system that easily transports you to wherever you want to go on campus or in the Blacksburg area.

We strongly urge you to take advantage of this opportunity. The benefits are great and LEAP is available at no cost to students. How is this possible? Due to the generosity of members of the Pamplin Advisory Council and/or their respective companies, all meals, lodging, activities, materials, etc., are provided for you. So don't delay - apply today!

We hope to see you in July. GO HOKIES!
