Robert (Bob) Seeley has over the course of his career in business been responsible for the training of thousands of sales people and first line supervisors. He understands the need for the alignment of training programs and the strategic business drivers of an organization. He is one of those rare facilitators that really focuses on the value of the programs and meeting the needs of the participants. You will walk away from any of his three programs with tools that you can use immediately in your business.

Bob has served in various management positions throughout his business career but those that stand out are regional director of operations for a restaurant company and most recently as training manager for a large distribution company. One thing has remained constant in his career, his passion for customer service.

Having lead and managed teams during strong and weak economies, he really understands the value of customer service. He understands that the development of your team members and managers is about productivity gains and not just knowledge for the sake of knowledge. He understands that in these economic times, managers are examining every expense and measuring the return of every dollar spent.

Bob has degrees from Michigan State University and a masters from Western Kentucky University. He is currently working with Management & Professional Development in the Pamplin College of Business as an adjunct faculty member and program coordinator.
