The conference will begin on Tuesday, August 15 with Opening Remarks at 5:45 p.m. Registration will be from 4:30 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday in the foyer of the Crystal Ballroom at The Hotel Roanoke and Conference Center. Registration will resume on Wednesday, August 16 from 7:00 a.m. until 9:00 a.m.

The full conference fee is $225. The fee includes admission to all sessions, poster exhibits, continuous refreshment breaks on Wednesday and Thursday, materials and handouts, and the proceedings.

The Pre-Conference Workshop fee is $35 for the Beginner workshop on Monday, August 14 and $35 for the All Levels workshop on Tuesday, August 15. The Pre-Conference Workshops will be held at the Virginia Tech Roanoke Center (adjacent to the conference center).

Proceedings
Proceedings from all invited speakers' presentations and accepted poster abstracts are included with your registration. The proceedings will be published after the conference and mailed to you.
