About LeadershipPlenty®
LeadershipPlenty® is a copyrighted training program developed by the Pew
Partnership for Civic Change for leaders who want to work with others to
take action in their communities. The program offers detailed plans for
delivering nine highly interactive sessions or "modules" that equip
participants with key skills needed for community problem solving.
Identifying community assets, managing conflict, planning for action,
and measuring results are just a few of those skills.
The curriculum is based on over five years of and a
half a million dollars worth of research conducted by the Pew
Partnership for Civic Change. The innovative leadership curriculum
equips participants with the skills necessary to take civic action in
their communities. LeadershipPlenty® has been offered in more than 30
states and in several foreign countries.
Who should attend?
This program will benefit leaders of non-profit organizations,
businesses, local governments, neighborhood organizations, religious
organizations, universities and community colleges, regional planning
initiatives, social service agencies and all other organizations and
individuals interested in creating positive change within their
communities.
What will you gain by attending?
Upon completion of the course, you will be licensed to train and
implement LeadershipPlenty® in your community.
Participants will receive the LeadershipPlenty® binder which includes
the facilitator's guide, all participant handouts, implementation guide,
recruiting materials, evaluation materials, and a guide to accessing
LeadershipPlenty's online resources.
