Reservations must be made by phone and by calling the Inn directly no later than Monday, February 25, 2008. Any reservation requests made after that date will be honored on the basis of rate and availability. A block of rooms has been reserved at a special rate, under the name "Latin American Theatre Today," so please refer to the conference when making your reservation. The rate is $115.00 plus tax, per room per night, single or double occupancy. If you would like assistance in finding a roommate with whom to share the cost, please contact Jacqueline Bixler at jbixler@vt.edu

When making reservations, please keep in mind that the conference will start on Wednesday afternoon (March 26) with 1-2 performances and will end late Saturday night (March 29) with 1-2 performances, a banquet and a dance/pachanga with live latino music, so please plan to stay until Sunday, March 30, if possible.
