Call for Papers

Interested authors are invited to submit abstracts for possible inclusion in the conference proceedings and presentation at the conference.

The organizing committee has identified five themes for your consideration:

  • Creating Value, Innovation in Delivering and Managing Services
  • Business Development
  • Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility
  • Services Marketing and Services Branding
  • Teaching and Learning and Methodology

Abstract Submission:

Authors should submit an abstract for review by September 28, 2015. Please submit an abstract of 400-500 words in one of the five Conference Tracks. Review outcome will be announced on September 21-30, 2015.

Please follow the Abstract Preparation Guidelines. Depending on the review outcome, some abstracts may be recommended for poster presentations. Please follow the Poster Preparation Guidelines for all posters.

A four page single spaced extended abstract submission is required for those who want their paper to be considered as a candidate for the Best Paper Awards. Please submit extended abstract/paper by October 23, 2015 and follow the Extended Abstract Preparation Guidelines.

The conference proceedings will include extended abstracts only and will be distributed at the conference on flash drives or published on the website following the conference. All the accepted papers will be published in the proceedings unless the author sends a specific message stating that they do not want their work to be published in the proceedings.
