For invited presenters the symposium registration fee is $75. This fee includes all symposium events, conference materials, featured performance (Quito Ensamble 6), banquet and refreshment breaks. Registration deadline is February 8, 2013.
For non-presenters the daily registration fee is $40. This fee includes all symposium events for the day purchased, conference materials and refreshment breaks, but excludes the featured performance (Quito Ensamble 6) and the catered banquet. Tickets for these events can be purchased separately.
Banquet tickets are $20 and can be added onto registration separately.
Tickets for Quito Ensamble 6 are $12 and will be available for purchase on January 28, 2013.
Registration deadline for both invited presenters and non-presenters is Friday, February 8, 2013.
Refund and Cancellation Policy: Requests for refunds will be honored when received seven calendar days prior to the program. However, another person may be substituted at any time for this program. A $25 administrative fee will be deducted for cancellations. In the unlikely event that this program is cancelled or postponed due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances, the university will fully refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, including cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other organizations.
