Hotel Information and Reservations
The conference will be held at the historic Hotel Roanoke and Conference Center situated alongside downtown Roanoke in the heart of Virginia’s Blue Ridge Mountains, just minutes from Roanoke Regional Airport.
The Hotel Roanoke and Conference Center is offering lodging rooms at a discounted rate of $129.00 per room per night for single or double occupancy and $20 per room per night for each additional person plus all applicable taxes.
Reservations will be accepted starting May 1, 2009. To make reservations please call the hotel directly at 540-985-5900 or toll free at 866-594-4722. When calling to make your reservation be sure to ask for the Gender, Bodies and Technology room block. All reservations must be made before Monday, March 1, 2010.
Parking is available at the hotel for $7 per day for self parking and $12 per day for valet parking.
Complimentary shuttle service to and from the Roanoke Regional Airport is available through the hotel. Please call (540) 985-5900 and ask for the valet desk when you are ready for a pick up at the airport and arrange for a drop off at the airport when you check in at the hotel. The drive time between the airport and the hotel is approximately 15 minutes.
From North or South I-81
Exit 143 (I-581 South) to Exit 5. Cross Wells Avenue and continue to the main entrance of the hotel.
From 220N (Martinsville)
220N becomes I-581N. Take exit 4E (Orange Avenue). Take first right at
traffic light onto Williamson Road. After the third traffic light, turn
right on Shenandoah Avenue. Take the first right to main entrance of the
hotel.
From 460W (Lynchburg)
460 becomes Orange Avenue. Turn left at the traffic light at Williamson
Road and Orange Avenue. After the third traffic light, turn right on
Shenandoah Avenue. Take the first right to main entrance of the hotel.
