Are you ready to:

Raise your self awareness to reach your potential? Enhance the way you express yourself? Develop relationships in your work and life? Improve the way you manage stress? Strengthen your decision making?

If you answered YES to any of these questions, then this program developed by women for women is for YOU!

Understanding and developing your emotional intelligence is a key indicator of human performance and development potential. The EQ-i 2.0®s is a powerful assessment that takes a snapshot of your emotional intelligence at a particular point in time. In this three-part program, participants learn their Emotional Intelligence (EQ) based on the elements of self-perception, self-expression, interpersonal, decision making, and stress management skills. Participants discover the elements in which they are most engaged and the areas that pose the greatest opportunities for development. All receive personalized assessments, customized developmental reports, and an opportunity to craft an action plan for development. A special focus on the impact of gender is woven throughout the program.
