General Information
This course offers basic instruction in the rapidly expanding field of ultrasonography. The proper use of equipment, interpreting the image, artifacts, and animal positioning will be covered. Specific areas of study include the liver, spleen, kidneys, bladder, prostate, uterus, and the gastrointestinal tract. A combination of lectures, practicals, and demonstrations allow participants to become acquainted with the technology.
