Information and Fees

The conference registration fee (Friday and Saturday) of $195 - SWCW Members; $225 - Non-Members; and $165 - Full-Time Virginia Tech students includes up to two workshops and the reception on Friday; all of Saturday's activities, including meals; and conference materials.

$25 Become a member of the SWCW (and receive the reduced conference fee)

Lodging is available at the Donaldson Brown Hotel and Conference Center on the campus of Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA. A limited number of rooms have been reserved for conference attendees at the discount price of $78. Please contact the Donaldson Brown Hotel and Conference Center by May 4, 2005 to reserve your room. Please mention the SWCW conference to obtain the discounted rate. Reservations received after this date are subject to rate and space availability.
