Spring Campaign: Harpers Ferry and Antietam ONLY (March 29-31)
Your registration fee includes all lectures, guided tours, materials, travel (bus from Blacksburg to Harpers Ferry/Antietam and back), Sunday lunch and dinner, Monday breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Tuesday breakfast and lunch.
Lodging is included in your fee.
$800 Single Occupancy - through February 9, 2020 ($850 starting February 10, 2020)
$700 Double Occupancy (per person/roommate must register separately) through February 9, 2020 ($750 starting February 10, 2020)
Spring Campaign: Harpers Ferry and Antietam AND Civil War Weekend
Your registration fee includes the full events of both the Civil War Weekend and Harpers Ferry/Antietam trip, as described above.
Lodging in Blacksburg for the Civil War Weekend is not included in your fee. Lodging in Harpers Ferry/Antietam is included in your fee.
$1,095 Single Occupancy - through February 9, 2020 ($1,145 starting February 10, 2020)
$995 Double Occupancy (per person/roommate must register separately) - through February 9, 2020 ($1,045 starting February 10, 2020)

Refund and Cancellation Policy: Requests for refunds will be honored when received fourteen calendar days prior to the program. However, another person may be substituted at any time for this program. A $30 administrative fee will be deducted for all cancellations. In the unlikely event that this program is cancelled or postponed due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances, the university will fully refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, including cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other organizations.
