Fee and Registration Registration fee of $950 per person for double occupancy and $1250 for single occupancy includes registration, instructional leadership, materials, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, administrative costs, six nights lodging, and parking. Please note your hotel reservation will be made for you at the Clarion Hotel and Conference Center. Commuter fee is available: $700 (Fee includes registration, instructional leadership, materials, parking, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and administrative costs.) per person with all meals. Registration deadline is April 30, 2010. Please download the PDF form if you are sending in a deposit and partial payments. Refund and Cancellation Policy: Requests for refunds will be honored if received by May 10, 2010. However, another person may be substituted at any time for this program. A $100 administrative fee will be deducted for cancellations. In the unlikely event that this program is cancelled or postponed due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances, the university will fully refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, including cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other organizations.
